Fast Finish Friday – Day 9

holiday-hustle-challengeToday you’re going to add a 5 to 10 minute Fast Finish to your workout.  Fast Finish?  Yep, it’s just what it sounds like. Finish your workout by going faster than your normal pace.  It can be just a little faster or a lot faster – just push yourself.

Adding speed intervals to your workout even once a week can improve your cardiovascular system and your fitness.   It’s a good habit to get into.

Not at the gym or doing your workout today?  That’s ok – go for a 5 to 10 minute walk instead.

Now go run!
