Today’s workout is one round only but we’ve added some complex components.

Let me know how the Get Ups work for you, I’m curious to hear what you think about this one.

It is, without being too vulgar, a beyotch of an exercise but it will give you a clear idea as to where you stand in the “functional” fitness department.

“I’ve fallen and I can’t get up” will have a whole new meaning.
