Day Nine is Fine

Happy Day 9 of our Push Up Challenge.

Here’s your workout for today:

Warm up 3-5 minutes (walk in place, do jumping jacks, jog up and down the hall)

Perform the following workout 1 time through: (with a 15 second rest in between):

  • 8 push ups
  • 12 push ups
  • 10 push ups
  • 8 push ups

Remember, nice, slow, and controlled in a Modified or Military Push Up.  Too many push ups in each set?  Cut it in half (4, 6, 5 then 4).  You will get stronger, so don’t fret.

Now go run!
