    Thank you so much, Keli. I have to say I’m so excited that I participated and didn’t miss a day in January. I honestly feel more strength in my abs, that I haven’t felt in a really long time. I’ve continued every day this month in February…adding an extra sequence or adding 15 more seconds, or whatever. I really appreciate the calendar. Thank you for motivating me!
